POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO

En Liberty Taxcrafters LLC, ofrecemos productos y servicios de bookkeeping y contabilidad con la mayor dedicación y precisión. Debido a la naturaleza de nuestros productos y servicios, establecemos las siguientes reglas estrictas políticas de reembolso.

Política de Reembolso para Productos y Servicios de Bookkeeping

• Plazo para solicitar un reembolso: Los clientes pueden solicitar un reembolso dentro de los primeros 5 días calendario posteriores a la compra del servicio o producto. Después de este plazo, no se otorgará ningún reembolso bajo ningún concepto. Después de este plazo, no se otorgarán reembolsos, excepto en circunstancias excepcionales, como errores de facturación o problemas no imputables al cliente.
• Condiciones de reembolso:
  • Dentro de los primeros 5 días calendario: Si el trabajo no se ha entregado parcial o totalmente, se reembolsará el 50% del importe pagado. Esto se debe a que ya se habrán incurrido en costos de análisis, preparación y trabajo preliminar.
  • Si el trabajo ha sido entregado parcial o totalmente, no se otorgará ningún reembolso, independientemente de si el plazo de 5 días ha transcurrido o no. Si el trabajo ha sido entregado parcial o totalmente, no se otorgará reembolso, independientemente de si el plazo de 5 días aún no ha transcurrido
• Cambios y compras por error:
  • Si un cliente realiza una compra por error o selecciona el producto equivocado, Si un cliente realiza una compra por error o selecciona un servicio incorrecto,  deberá notificar a Liberty Taxcrafters LLC dentro de las primeras 24 horas desde el momento de la compra.
  • En estos casos, se permitirá el cambio por otro producto o servicio equivalente, siempre que el producto o servicio no haya sido entregado parcial o totalmente.
  • Si el cliente no notifica dentro de las primeras 24 horas o si el producto ya ha sido entregado, no se realizará ningún cambio ni reembolso.
• Reembolsos no aplicables:
  • Si el cliente no solicita el reembolso dentro de los primeros 5 días calendario posteriores a la compra.
  • Si el trabajo ha sido entregado parcial o totalmente.

• Errores en la facturación o entrega: Si has recibido un producto o servicio incorrecto o si existe un error en la facturación, contáctanos de inmediato para resolver la situación. En estos casos, se realizarán ajustes apropiados sin afectar las condiciones de reembolso.
